AJCC is the local One-Stop Center within the County of Kern which serves as the recruitment and training center for local employers and job seekers. Services include: no cost job training, job placement services, and job hunting resources.
Kern County Dept of Human Services: Independent Living Program
The ILP is a federally funded program for foster youth aged 16-18 transitioning from the foster care system to independent living.
KRC serves nearly 8,000 clients in Kern, Inyo, and Mono counties. KRC coordinates community-based services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
